We specialize in the market of Conventional and Organic locust bean gum (E 410).


This neutral color food ingredient in powder, is obtained by grinding the seeds of the carob tree, a typically mediterranean spontaneous plant.

The locust bean gum is used in the food industry as a thickener, stabilizer and emulsifier for many preparations.


The most frequent use is certainly in the ice cream industry, but it is also a valid ally in bakery preparations, gastronomy, milk derivatives, pet food and in many confectionery products in general.


In accordance with different needs, we are able to offer a wide range of viscosities from 400 to 3000 Cps.
